A prominent figure in the high tech arena, Mr. Gura has taken a number of incubators, from start-up to successful IPOs. As founder, chairman and former CEO of several companies in the IP arena he has contributed to the strategic growth and focus of the company. As founder and former CEO of VCON Ltd., leader in the IP video compression, he raised the company from start-up to public, and served as the active chairman of Optibase Ltd, a leader in MPEG codecs. He received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and electronics from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and masters in sciences from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Brandman is the founder of CipherActive and is the brain behind it's innovations and intellectual property. Mr. Brandman has an extensive background in applied mathematics. Previously, Mr. Brandman served as the project manager in the Technion Electro-Optics Research Institute where he managed research teams personnel and contributed to the development of a unique algorithm for shape, size and motion analysis as well as compression and coding techniques. In the past he was responsible for the Electro Optical imaging as well as security expert system R&D projects for the Israeli MOD. Other projects made by Mr. Brandman include real time development for A/D drivers during field tests, a prototype ATR, Neural Network and Man in Loop system, capable of detecting intrusions. He received a bachelor's degree in Physics and master in Nuclear Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
